1. Is Neuromod Aqua using a new or experimental treatment technology?
No.
We use the same proven treatment technologies that are already widely accepted across India, depending on your project requirements.
Our innovation lies in how the plant is designed, manufactured and installed, not in changing the biological treatment process itself. This means you get the reliability of established technology with the benefits of a modern modular system.
2. If the technology is the same, how are your systems significantly more affordable?
We have deliberately built our business strategy around long-term customer relationships rather than maximizing profits on a single installation.
Instead of earning everything upfront, we focus on building long-term Annual Maintenance (AMC) and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) partnerships with our clients. This allows us to price our systems more competitively while ensuring reliable support throughout the plant’s lifecycle.

3. Does your ETP meet Pollution Control Board norms?
Yes!
Every system is designed to meet the applicable discharge or reuse standards specified by the relevant Pollution Control Board and project requirements. We also offer complimentary assistance with documentation, commissioning support and performance validation wherever required.
4. Which technology is best for my project?
There isn’t one technology that’s best for every application.
The right choice depends on factors such as available space, wastewater characteristics, desired treated water quality, operating costs and future expansion plans.
Our engineering team evaluates your project before recommending the most suitable solution.
5. How long does installation take?
Since our systems are manufactured off-site, installation is significantly faster than conventional civil STPs.
Most projects can be installed and commissioned within a few days after delivery, depending on site readiness, utilities and project size.
Once you place your order with us, we’ll let you know the earliest available 7 day slot you can choose to install your plant. Our team will be deployed for specifically those days and we’ll make sure the plant is installed within the timeline. Commissioning would commence right after that and will be completed within 15 days.
6. Do your systems require heavy civil construction?
In most cases, no.
Our modular systems are designed to minimize civil work, reducing excavation, RCC construction and overall project timelines. This also allows easier future relocation or expansion compared to conventional STPs.
Civil construction will only be required in case there is no levelled ground available for installing the plant.
7. What happens after the plant is installed?
Installation is only the beginning of our relationship.
Once the plant is installed, we help you with obtaining your CTO, and help you with operator training, preventive maintenance, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and complete Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services to ensure your plant continues performing efficiently for years.
8. How long will the plant last?
Our systems are designed for a service life of several decades when operated and maintained correctly.
The exact lifespan depends on operating conditions and maintenance practices, but our modular construction allows components to be serviced or upgraded without replacing the entire plant. However, we provide a guarantee of 25 years on the tanks we supply ensuring a long life for the plant.
9. Can the plant be expanded in the future?
Yes.
One of the biggest advantages of modular construction is scalability. If your wastewater generation increases over time, additional treatment modules can often be integrated without rebuilding the entire plant.
